www.magen-enteprise.com , owned by Magen S.A.R.L under the two articles 26 & 49 from the law of trade in Lebanon. You are most welcome to use this website, benefit from its services & connect ONLY on the condition that you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set below please don't access the website. By accessing the  website after reading the terms & conditions, You and the Entity you are authorized to represent signify to be bound by the terms & condition of use & in agreement with the incorporated privacy policy & cookies.

The terms and conditions shall be applicable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon & Countries  of operation [place of registration & operation].

Magen S.A.R.L strictly prohibits any correlation , union & partnership between any individuals or organizations that are engaged in fraud , spyware, malware, money laundering or any damages caused by 3rd parties. As such includes, customer payments to fake sources, following fake accounts , contacting fake emails & phone numbers. For that reason, it is advised to always send | receive emails from secure connections & under the domain of @magen-enterprise.com or using our website chat-box & phone numbers posted on our website.

Magen S.A.R.L is not responsible for any contact or contract with sources outside of the above mentioned.

 Our mission is to create an open, globally-connected, secure, and trustworthy platform for everyone. For that reason we reserve the right to suspend any membership or contact with members that violate the code of conduct.

Code of Conduct:

1.  Treat all users , colleagues fairly and equally in respect. Stimulate conversation, be respectful of others’ views, and  refrain from personal attacks. 

2.  Respect legitimate intellectual property rights, do not plagiarize work, and give credit to the originators of ideas. 

3. You may not upload any content or send emails that contain viruses and malicious codes that could damage our customers intellectual property rights & our enterprise database of any kind. 

4. All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal material is strictly prohibited. 

5. Discriminatory, hostile or intimidating  messages or language will not be tolerated, whether based on a person’s  race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social or economic class,  educational level, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, or  mental or physical ability. 

6.  Use caution when discussing products.  Information posted on the lists and in the libraries is available for  all members to see. Comments are subject to libel, slander, and  antitrust laws. 

7.  Protect your projects & ideas through a signed Non-Disclosure agreement.

8.  It is prohibited to sell , share , alter or modify & duplicate any information  or product that belongs to Magen S.A.R.L & its Customers under the protection of the governing laws in the sight of the court with financial penalties as compensation to any damages that target the former. 

9.  As a customer or individual , we ask of to report any suspicion including without limitation any breaching to what belongs to Magen S.A.R.L & notify us of any potential violation including without limitation copyright, privacy, property , trademark & information leak.

We can remove any content & disable all or part of services or terminate any contract by law immediately to protect our community or services or if: you create risk or legal exposure for us, violate our terms & conditions, our policies, if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property or rights.

The terms & conditions presented in this section is applicable to all Magen S.A.R.L divisions & social media platforms.
